If you already have an IL with an unfriendly airline in the nearby region, e.g., Malaysia, your application can be rejected.

IGM is recommended. New IL without IGM may face rejection! Please write IGM in English if you can.
If you already had an IL with us, no IGM is needed for your other airlines. Any airline that applies for ILs should NOT have any ILs with other airlines in Indonesia. Any airline that does not meet this requirement will face immediate rejection. Generally, if your airline is directly competing with Asia Smile, the ILs will also not be accepted.
Since Aero Southern is a member of Aeolus, all ILs might be reviewed if the alliance member asks to. We apologise for the inconvenience.

Please send a message with explanations if you decide to terminate the IL. A termination without a message may face rejection when you apply for IL next time and might affect the ILs with other divisions in the whole Aero Southern groupe.

29/08/2017: Fleet restructuring: B767s would be put out of service and replaced by B737s due to poor performance. All B767s owned by the airline would be on standby until further notice.

02/04/2018: fly BLACK KwaZulu transferred from TJE group to Aero Southern group

10/10/2021: Due to the liquidation of AviASIA, all flights at CGK will be temporarily moved back to the less desirable terminal operated by the airport authority. A new terminal owned by Aero Southern group will be built, and all flights will be moved into this new terminal as soon as possible.
