neojets Bombay is the local enterprise of neojets India for its Bombay operation, specializing in domestic routes out of Bombay with modern 737MAX aircraft.
All flights are operated under a commercial interline agreement with all neojets Group airlines.

The company has been founded for a focused capacity growth from Bombay, especially considering the large growth of our competitors.
31.10.2022:
Fleet size reaches 52 aircraft, with destinations ranging as far as Japan, Australia, South Africa and the UK.
01.04.2023:
After a lacking ROI due to low margins, a restructuring of the company that includes the phase out of Embraer E190/195-E2 and 737-8HGW aircraft is becoming a reality - Neojets Bombay will concentrate on regional flights.
All long haul flights have been cut whilst Boeing 737-8HGW will be returned to the holding.
Mainline will take over all non-core flying, as well as flights to mainline hubs with additional A321neo aircraft.
The fleet size has moved from 52 aircraft down to new target of 13 737MAX-aircraft, consisting of 8 Boeing 737-8 and 5 737-9 aircraft.
A large involuntary redundancy program has been initiated.
All remaining aircraft will be moved to other group entities or returned to their lessor.
Former staff can re-apply for new opportunities with our mainline.
01.09.23:
Further movement of routes to mainline A220 aircraft
Additional fleet upgrades from 737-8 to 737-9 during the purchase of owned aircraft. New long term goal of 12 Boeing 737MAX aircraft
15.10.23:
A renegotiated labour contract reopens a path towards a sustainable and profitable growth. As a first measurement, the fleet gains 11 tails and now counts 23 Boeing 737MAX aircraft. Thanks to our cost cutting program "neoshape 23" we managed to regain profitability within weeks.
